We do not collect cookies on this webpage, however Google may collect cookies and you should be notified of this on entry to the site.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for contact purposes.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Provide information about the festival
Notify you of any changes to the time or running of the festival
Request feedback following the festival
Let you know about any other events which you may be interested in attending
We will not share your information with any third party unless legally obligated to do so.

How we store your personal information
Your information is stored within the booking software we use (Bookwhen). We will also store information electronically on our Google Drive Account via our email account. This has two step verification on log-in, in order to keep this secure.
We will keep your name and email address on the software and Google Drive for two years from your last booking. We will then delete this information from our customer database within the booking software and any information saved on the drive.
Your data protection rights

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Protection Policy
All children should feel safe and protected while at our festival and while attending our events and the environment they will experience will be warm and caring.
Working with young children, it is our responsibility to be vigilant to any significant changes in behaviour, or physical and emotional appearance. Should we suspect any form of abuse or neglect, we have a duty to report this to the relevant authorities.
Child Protection Procedure
If we have serious concerns about a child, we have a responsibility to inform the social services. It is not our responsibility to investigate the situation ourselves.
